If you face burn out, chronic stress, C-PTSD, sensory overload, need tools for when life and emotions become overwhelming - you're in the right place!
Let's go from Survival to Presence to Joy together
Nervous System Practitioner and Peace Educator.
I have always believed despite the trauma and setbacks we face, with bravery and the right support - it is possible to relcaim joy and live life to it's fullest.
I navigate having C-PTSD daily and can tell you this work is not about being perfect! It's embracing the messiness of our survival reactions - mind and body.
Why is the Nervous System so important?
It is well worth understanding your nervous systems triggers, responses, and learn tools to help you shift from the more challenging Freeze, Flight and Fight modes with ease.
When we do this work, it supports our mental and physical wellbeing as well as having a positive affect on those around us we love.
However, this is not at all about avoidance, responding to your Nervous Systems cues can help you integrate your daily experiences quickly and confidently.
Nervous System Practice, is a deep respect for your past and present experiences and can help you regain a feeling of safety, presence and increase your capacity for joy.
How does Peace Education play a role?
Many people feel the desire to make a meaningful contribution to build peace in our world – but can feel lost in how to do so or are paralysed with guilt for not doing ‘enough’.
Through positive relationship building tools and self-reflection, I hope to show you how to first, value yourself and your unique part of this ‘global village’. Then shift your mindset to viewing others in this light.
When you understand how powerful small every day actions are in building positive connection in your personal bubble/community/workspace.
You’ll begin to see the incredible butterfly affect of your actions and know that even the smallest actions are all worthwhile efforts in building peace.
My Philosophy
When we have a full cup we can give more to others.
It’s proven that acts of kindness have a positive impact on the giver as they do the receiver.
My hope is that with the combination of Nervous System work and Peace Education – people will experience the fullest benefit by balancing introspective self-support and then generously giving to others from their fullness.
This is a small act of peace building we can all be a part of.
