With a foundation in somatic psychology and peace education, my work bridges the gap between physiological regulation and communal harmony. Over the past fifteen years, I have dedicated my career to understanding how a regulated nervous system is the bedrock of transformative learning and lasting peace.

My journey began in classroom settings where I witnessed firsthand how trauma and stress inhibit the capacity for empathy and cognitive growth. This led me to develop a specialized coaching methodology that integrates nervous system health into the pedagogical experience, empowering educators and students alike to cultivate a state of calm resilience and deep connection.
